My appointment confirms that the robust individual development plans which the whole team have pays off in growing the team from within. As an independent firm, we have the flexibility and agility to respond to the changing needs and expectations of our clients, the market and our staff. We can offer both clients and staff the benefits of our local knowledge, local expertise and local decision-making, combined with access to national and international networks."
